Oleg Kulik On May 31st, the eve of official inauguration ceremonies for the Venice Biennale, Oleg Kulik will present the world premiere of his video installation VESPRI DELLA BEATA VERGINE. AFTER MONTEVERDI (Vespers of the Blessed Virgin. After Monteverdi). The event will take place in the magnificent headquarters of the Scuola Grande di San Rocco, among large paintings by Tintoretto. The artwork recreates a theater production performed onstage at the Théâtre du Châtelet in Paris in 2009, for which Kulik created the stage design.
